BLOGDISP

This file contains 

(1) a description of the BL file format in blogdisp.txt
(2) a program for decoding BL files in blogdisp.exe
(3) source code for (2). 

The source (3) was compiled using Microsoft C 7.00, but
should compile also under other Microsoft C compilers.
